HOW TO ORDER?

Custom orders are currently open! Please be aware that due to high demand this may change at any time, however I will update the site accordingly if this occurs. Current waiting times are 4-6 weeks. (see below)
HOW MUCH ARE THE DOLLS?
​
Custom order prices are dependent of the customisation requested and detail of the doll.
Coraline-inspired Mini-me dolls are from £300 and Character dolls start from £350.​

All prices are in British Pounds, so if you are resident in a different country, please be aware to use the appropriate currency converter for accurate pricing.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

I am currently shipping to the below areas only. Please note, that I cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged packages once they are out of my care.
All dolls are shipped with tracking and you will be provided with a tracking number.

I currently ship to the above areas only for the time being.
DO YOU ACCEPT PAYMENT PLANS?
I do not offer pay monthly plans at the moment, however please do use the contact from to discuss payment options.
CAN THE DOLL BE CUSTOMISED?
​
Yes, all dolls can be customised from: body size, skin colour, button/stitch colour, hair style/colour, clothing, expressions and accessories.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP?
​
All dolls are made to order when purchased, unless they are from my stock. Custom made to order dolls will usually take 4-6 weeks at the moment, but this time may be increased due to my order list. I will aim to have orders shipped before 4 weeks and contact will be made upon shipping. Shipping time will be discussed during the customisation process and an approximate timeframe will be provided. For all stock dolls, shipping time will be within 7 working days of the order.
DO YOU MAKE CHARACTER DOLLS?

Yes, I can make custom character dolls, however please be aware that I cannot make the exact copy of a character due to copyright reasons. All character dolls will be inspired-by and made in my own style. ​
DO YOU HAVE DOLLS IN STOCK?
​
I will have some character dolls & squids available in my shop stock, but these will be limited and on occasion, due to custom request priority.
DO YOU ACCEPT REFUNDS/RETURNS?
​
I cannot accept refunds if I have physically started the process of creating the doll. Due to the dolls being handmade, I also cannot accept returns on these, so please be aware of this when accepting all measurements and customisation of the doll after discussions.
